Dinner Mar 16, 2011 - Brats & Beans

Hello my summer-loves :)  I am loving this weather!!  Tonight we began our summer ritual of grillin' on the deck & playin' on the swing set :)  I love this time of year!  We had a dinner that was delish, and super-easy.   I like to buy brats from the meat dept at my grocery store, and then freeze them in packs of 5: 1 for me, 1 for the kids, 2 for my hubby tonight & one for him for lunch tomorrow--perfect!  We grilled the brats, heated some canned beans and had a salad.  It was soooo good and soooo summer-y :)  I hope you had a wonderful day w/ some amazing weather.  Here's to grilling season!!
